Beautiful view of the scenic mountains in the high desert! Lots of desert vegetation like creosote bush and cactus. There are some washes (arroyos) that pass through the dirt road and you need to pass with a high clearance vehicle or truck. A few miles there is a cowboy restaurant (Adobe Deli) that serves a delicious French Onion soup.
I bought a .5 acre of dirt. Raw land, no infrastructure for 20 miles in every direction. I love my square of dirt! It is exactly what I wanted, a little bit of nowhere. This is the first piece of land I have ever bought, and every time that I called with my questions I was helped and never made to feel stupid. I am thankful for the opportunities that “YourCheapLand” has opened up for me. At first I was skeptic of buying land online, but they were so transparent with all the information I was able to verify everything through state/county records. I’m so happy I made the decision to work with them. Thank you for my perfect little piece of nowhere!

Just over a year working on this lot we got from yourcheapland.com. A little TLC and this sagebrush/cactus land is turning into quite the family favorite camp site. Can’t wait to see what we get done to it next year!
I was very hesitant. Never bought land sight unseen until working with Mike and Samantha Stephens. I just had faith in them after speaking with them over the course of a few weeks. We are glad we went with our gut, the land was exactly as they described! We owner financed, this has been an extremely smooth process. They don’t have any disclaimer text or silly tiny print in their contract. It’s a straight forward owner finance agreement. I’m from Texas and I would of thought this east coast couple was my neighbor. Wonderful experience.
