Driving Directions:

From the intersection of HIghway 62/180 and FM Road 1437, go north 1 mile and turn left on the trail road.

1.7 miles later turn right.

2.2 miles later the southeast corner of the property will be 0.1 mile west of you. 

There might be a more direct route to the property.  If you continue driving north on FM 1437 past the turnoff point indicated above, you might see a better spot to turn left closer to the property.  We have not been to Lot 38, and it is up to the buyer to determine access.  There is a platted road easement connecting the property to FM Road 1437, which the buyer can grade in at will.
