This property is located partially on the side of a butte and partially in a valley.  There is a change in elevation of over 200 feet throughout the property.  It is located in the southwest portion of the ranch.  This is a gorgeous area of buttes, mesas, and ravines.   the scenery is outstanding and the Sierra Blanca Mountains about ten miles away enhance what is already a great skyline.  There is a trail road that actually goes through the property.  This lesser trail might or might not have been driven on lately, but it comes off of a nice trail road about a thousand feet away.  This large property is 1/6 mile wide by 1/4 mile long.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Interstate 10 and the county seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on paved Route 1111 for about 18 miles.
At the Gunsight Ranches sign, turn left and follow the maintained gravel road straight west for 6 miles to the cattle guard entrance gate to the Gunsight Ranches.  Continue straight and drive west another 1.92 miles.  Take the bend to the left. You will pass several homes / ranches. After 6.32 miles you will come to an intersection, turn left.  In one mile the road will fork, take the fork to the right.  1.32 miles later turn right onto the lesser trail road, 0.2 miles after that you will be at the property.
