Between them is Porter Avenue and you will follow it north for 7.5 miles. This road is paved part of the way and then is very well-maintained gravel the rest of the way. 

At 35.068392° -110.358236° you will turn right onto Old Ranch Road and follow it straight east for 1 mile. 

At 35.068619° -110.340397° the property will be approximately 0.12 mile on your left.  You can leave it as is, or you can grade in a driveway along the legally deeded access to improve the way to the property from Old Ranch Road.
