These properties are completely off grid with no available utilities. You will probably choose solar power. You can haul water in, or you can consult a well driller to see if that’s the right option for you. We are told that area well depth varies from 300 to 800 feet. Desert land for sale does not usually have this kind of water availability. Many locals use water storage systems that they buy in big box stores in El Paso such as Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
