Beautiful view of the scenic mountains in the high desert! Lots of desert vegetation like creosote bush and cactus. There are some washes (arroyos) that pass through the dirt road and you need to pass with a high clearance vehicle or truck. A few miles there is a cowboy restaurant (Adobe Deli) that serves a delicious French Onion soup.

I was very hesitant. Never bought land sight unseen until working with Mike and Samantha Stephens. I just had faith in them after speaking with them over the course of a few weeks. We are glad we went with our gut, the land was exactly as they described! We owner financed, this has been an extremely smooth process. They don’t have any disclaimer text or silly tiny print in their contract. It’s a straight forward owner finance agreement. I’m from Texas and I would of thought this east coast couple was my neighbor. Wonderful experience.
