Utilities, Access, Zoning
These properties are currently off grid with no utilities. You can contact the Central New Mexico Electrical Cooperative for a quote, but for most of these properties you will want to use solar power.
You would need to contact a local well driller if you want to explore the possibility of having a water well. We are told that area wells are 150 to 300 feet deep. You can also use tank storage for water. Sewage would be by septic if and when you decide to build.
These properties are zoned PL. See numbered page 9 of that linked document for details, call county planning and zoning at 505-544-4390 with any questions.
None of these properties are landlocked. They are all located along platted road easements that were graded when the subdivision was created.
Important Buyer Note
No business or commercial activity of any kind is allowed involving a property under loan contract. Any plans you might have of a commercial nature must wait until the property is paid for in full and ownership has been transferred to you.
