Deming Ranchettes in New Mexico

Unit 123 Block 1 Lots 10 & 11 1.00 +/- acre

This is a great pair of adjoining 1/2 acre lots that you can keep separate or combine to have a large 1 acre homestead property.

If you are looking for an off grid homestead in a beautiful area with great mountain views, look no further!

As far as we can tell, nobody is living within a mile.  This is certainly one of the lesser developed areas of the Deming Ranchettes, there are no available utilities.  You will probably choose solar for power, have propane delivered, and water wells in this area are typically 100 to 300 feet deep.

Along their north side they front on Hondale Road, which intersects with Visora Road at the west end of the block, and Cancion Road at the east end of the block.  They are east of the Florida Mountains with great views, and downtown Deming is about a 28 mile drive away.

About 3/4 mile to the east is the border of hundreds of square miles of public land, state owned land and Bureau Of Land Management (BLM) land.

You will be far enough from town to enjoy rural living, but close enough that all those amenities are just a short drive away.

Cheap land of this high quality is increasingly hard to come by.  Buy now before the price inevitably goes up.
