Property Description and Access

Lot 25 is a large, approximately 1.2 acre property.  It is in a nice secluded area.  However it is only about 2/3 mile north of Highway 60, and less than 2 miles from the intersection of Highway 304 and Highway 60. 

The property is slightly downhill toward the arroyo bordering along the west and south.

There are legally platted road easements to the property.  The roads by this property were graded in long ago, and have faded because nobody has been driving on them.  The plat map in the slide show will tell you this property is at the intersection of platted Peralta Place and Esquibel Avenue.  You can also see where the roads were graded when you look at the property from above in Google Maps using satellite view.  You can leave these platted roads as they are, or you may choose to re-grade them.

Power is about 1/3 mile away to the south and 1/2 mile away to the northeast.

Driving Directions

We have not been to this property.  The following directions are one possible route that we see on Google Earth.  You should look at the area in Google Earth or Google Maps (satellite view) to plan your route.  We believe that you should be able to easily reach this property with a pickup or SUV, but you will need to determine that for yourself.

  • Turn north off of Highway 60 onto Guadalupe Avenue at  34.421601° -106.729601°. 
  • Go about 0.5 mile and turn left at  34.428736° -106.728607°.
  • 0.64 mile later at  34.428764° -106.739801° take the fork to the right, heading roughly west.
  • The trail road will wind a bit.  About 0.2 mile later at  34.430196° -106.742324° follow the bend to the left, again heading west.
  • Keep going west about 0.55 mile and you will be at the property.
