This is possible with a 0.5 acre lot if conditions are right for a water well and for an advanced septic treatment system. You may also be able to use a well jointly with another land owner.

You can RV/camp up to 30 days per year while you hold your property for investment.  If you are going to build a residence, you will want to contact the county road department to apply to have the road past your property maintained.  The road department works with the county commissioners to inspect candidate roads, and once per year they add roads to be maintained by the county. 

There are no homeowners association or property owners association.  There are no unreasonable restrictions on what can be built. 

This is a secluded area where the dominant activities are agriculture and ranching.
