If you are one of the many people becoming excited at the activity in the Los Lunas and Belen area lately, you might want to grab up these properties as an investment stocking stuffer.  Property for sale in this area has been getting investor interest, and you can still buy these now while they are still cheap land.  Prices will inevitably go up.

You can use these properties for occasional camping and RVing while holding them for investment.  Or you can combine them into a single property and apply for a building permit.  Utilities have not yet been run into this area, for now it is off grid.
