Platted Evergreen Street runs along the west side of the property.  This part of the street has not been graded.  You can choose to leave it as it is, or grade it in.  Electric lines are about 108 yards away.

Driving Directions

We have not been to this property.  The following directions are what seem reasonable to us based on what we see in Google Earth.  You should look at the area in Google Earth or Google Maps (satellite view, never street view) to plan your trip.  You may prefer a different route than the one described here.  In these rural areas we recommend that you use a good quality handheld GPS navigation device such as a Garmin Etrex.  You will be on trail roads, so drive a pickup or SUV.  The road easement along the west side of Lot 878 has not been graded in.  You can grade that road in if you choose to do so, or leave things as they are if it suits you.  You will need to determine for yourself how easy or difficult current access is. 

Starting at the intersection of State Highway 121 and N 200 E Street in downtown Roosevelt.

Head west on State Highway 121 for 1.5 miles.

Turn left onto Upper Hancock Cove Road and drive 2 miles.

Turn right onto 3000 W and drive north for 0.48 mile.

Turn left onto 4075 N and drive west for 2.54 miles.

Turn right at 40.325342 -110.095485.

82 yards later follow the bend to the left.

157 yards later follow the bend to the right, heading roughly north.

0.6 mile later follow the bend to the left heading roughly northwest at 40.334485 -110.097602.

123 yards later turn left and make your way about 192 yards across the meadow to Lot 878.
