Driving directions:

From Interstate 10 and the county seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on paved FM Road 1111 for about 18 miles to 31.418222 -105.349375. 

At the Gunsight Ranch sign (there is now also a large Sunset Ranches sign), you will turn left on Gunsight Ranch Road and follow the maintained gravel road straight west. 

2 miles later you will cross a cattle guard. 

4.25 miles later at  31.432750 -105.447881 do not take the fork to the right, instead continue straight ahead west. 

About 30 yards later you will cross another cattle guard, this is the entrance point to Gunsight Ranch.

From the cattle guard entrance gate turn south and follow this road for about 3.53 miles where the northeast edge of the parcel will be about 94 yards to your right.

Hunting rights cannot be rented, leased, or sold. The property owner (or contract holder) must be present when they are used.  These hunting rights are printed on special paper with a raised seal and must be carried by the contract holder while hunting.  While under contract, hunting rights for 2 hunters will be granted annually upon request when at least $1,000 has been paid towards the principal of the purchase price.
