This great 20 +/- acre parcel is about 3 1/2 miles south of the famous Gunsight Ranch. This is good hunting country with excellent mountain views. The parcel's legal description is Township 7, block 72, Section 6, W2-E2-N2-SW4.
It's rugged varied terrain near the foot of the Finlay Mountains. The mountain views will be great. In addition to the nearby Finlay Mountains, the Malone Mountains are about 3 miles to the south and the peak of Sierra Blanca Mountain is about 9 miles to the southeast. There are many arroyos in the area bringing runoff down from the Finlays. Elevation will vary by about 50 or 60 feet throughout the parcel. There's a good trail road about half a mile west of the property.
Interstate 10 is about 6 1/2 miles to the south, and the county seat of Sierra Blanca is about 15 miles to the southeast.

Your device can probably be set to use any of the commonly used systems. It will have to be set to use the Degrees Minutes Seconds system in order to be consistent with our coordinates. It is crucial that you use coordinates that are consistent with the settings in your handheld navigation device. If your navigation device is not using the same system as the coordinates that you are using for reference, you will end up in the wrong location.
