These lots are in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, the largest valley in the world with one of the highest elevations at roughly 7,670 feet. There are 4 distinct seasons with moderate summers and cold winters, and an amazing 280 days of sunshine per year.
There is legally platted road access to each property. We drove everywhere in our RV without a problem.
Highways 142 and 159 are conveniently close.
San Luis is the county seat. It is the oldest town in Colorado, founded in 1540. Alamosa, a city of 9,800 with every amenity you could want, is about 25 miles away.
Utilities
