This parcel is bordered on the west by State Of New Mexico land.  There's a small building about 1/3 mile to the northeast. 

We have not been to this property.  There are access easements around all of the 40 acre properties such as this one that were broken up from the old Criswell Ranch.  Access to be determined by buyer.  We were in the area long ago and we used Forest Road 6A coming north from the highway east of Pie Town to enter the region.
