Lot 4 is on platted Evalina Lane.  It was graded in long ago and has overgrown because nobody has been driving on it.  You can choose to leave it as it is or re-grade it.  We have not been to this property, you will need to assess the best route to it.

There are no available utilities, this property is off grid.  If and when you decide to build, you will probably choose solar for electricity.  For water you can contact a well driller to explore that possibility, or haul water in and use tank storage.  Sewage will be by septic system.
