Lot 12 has frontage along platted Placido Boulevard and is about 2/3 mile from the Rio Del Oro Loop.

Unit 11 Block 76 Lot 1

Lot 1 is a corner lot at the intersection of San Rafael Boulevard and Higman Boulevard.  Higman Boulevard intersects with the Manzano Expressway about 1/3 mile away.

Unit 40 Block 42 Lot 22

Lot 22 has frontage on Encinas Loop and is about 520 yards from the Rio Del Oro Loop.  It is among a cluster of large acreages that were originally designated as a regional center, medical center, and community center, but which may be developed in different ways.

Unit 53 Block 55 Lot 16

Lot 16 has frontage on Fairbanks Boulevard and is about a mile west of the Manzano Expressway.  Fairbanks Boulevard crosses De Haan Loop then continues to intersect with the Manzano Expressway.  About 400 feet to the north a new solar field overlay zone is going to be built.  There is another solar array about 1/2 mile to the east. 

Some of these properties were subject to annual fees from the Valley Improvement Association.  The Valley Improvement Association has helped to promote the area as well as providing benefits for the owners.  Effective January 1, 2024, Valley Improvement Association, Inc, will no longer impose an annual assessment on properties that were subject to an annual assessment.  Taxes are under $20 per year per lot and are current.
