Property Description and Access
Lot 52 is a large, approximately 1 acre property. It is only a quarter of a mile from Highway 60. Interstate 25 and Highway 47 are also just a few minutes away.
Lot 52 is along platted Campost Avenue. This street was graded in long ago, and has faded because nobody has been driving on it. You can also see where the road was graded when you look at the property from above in Google Maps using satellite view. You can wear the road in again by driving on it, as you see with nearby roads where people have built residences.
Power is nearby but has not been run to this property. You might choose to use solar. If you want to look into having electricity, please contact the electric utility PNM. For water you can contact a well driller to see if that is a good choice for you, or use haulage.
