Southwest Sunsites in Texas

Unit 213, Lot 53 6.32 +/- acres

This is a gorgeous rural homestead in scenic west Texas.  It's an approximately 6.32 acre property in the undeveloped Southwest Sunsites subdivision of Culberson County.  The main activity in this area is ranching.

The area is peaceful and there are fantastic mountain views in multiple directions.  Lot 53 is about 2 miles east of John Conoly Road, and 5 miles north of Highway 62/180.  We have not been to this property and are unsure of the best way to get there.  Turning off of FM Road 2185 might be best, or maybe coming east from John Conoly Road.

Van Horn, the biggest town closer than El Paso, is only about a 25 minute drive from this property.  This is a convenient location.

There are virtually no restrictions.  There is no zoning.  There are no property owners association (POA) or home owners association (HOA).  You can RV or camp indefinitely, and build if and when you want to do so.

This is a nice secluded area yet it's a convenient location with Van Horn just a short drive away.  This can be your dream homestead or you can vacation here while holding it for investment.  Unrestricted land for sale in such a beautiful and unspoiled area as this is great, and being so close to Van Horn adds convenience to the mix.

As of this listing, adjoining Lot 54 is also available.
