The southeast corner is where most of the elevation change occurs with the land sloping down to the bottom of the plateau these properties sit on.
We have been told that a landslide has blocked the trail road that historically comes to this property from the east. You will probably need to come in along the road easements that run along the west and east sides of Lot 22 north through the main trail road to the north side of The Ranch. You might be able to drive along these easements as they are and wear them in by driving, or you might need to grade along them for improved access. You will need to determine this for yourself, they have not previously been graded but are deeded legal road easements.
