This looks like a fantastic hunting or nature watching spot, with high and low ground. There is a change in elevation of approximately 172 feet. There are lots of great trees.
We have not been to this property. There are access easements around all of the 40 acre properties such as this one that were broken up from the old Criswell Ranch. Access to be determined by buyer. We were in the area long ago and we used Forest Road 6A coming north from the highway east of Pie Town to enter the region.
