The Dell City Municipal Airport is just northeast of town and has a 4685 foot runway.

This is Not Your Average Texas Property Area. The Large Quantity of Easily Reached Underground Water has Turned the Dell Valley into a Multi-Million Dollar Agricultural Area. The Night Sky is so clear it will amaze you by how many stars you can see.

The Elevation on the Farm runs between 3860 and 3900 Feet which will provide Great Weather.
