Hualapai Highlands in Arizona

Unit 17-28-16, Lots 155M, 155N, 155P, 155Q, 155R, 155S 7.5 +/- acres

These are six gorgeous adjoining lots, approximately 1.25 acres each.  They can be combined for an enormous 7.5 acre property.

They sit up on the edge of a valley between the large surrounding mountains.  These would be great for someone who loves the outdoors. This is a very remote, unspoiled, and incredibly beautiful area.  You will have breathtaking views in a secluded area near the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead.

These lots crest a little ridge which could be a gorgeous building spot, or if you're going to build you could use your equipment to level all six lots.  You can also choose to occasionally camp on your property while holding it for investment.

Each of the six lots is 330 feet deep and 165 feet wide.

Driving Directions

Turn off of Route 93 onto Pearce Ferry Road through Dolan Springs.

Then turn right onto Diamond Bar Road (the signs direct you to Grand Canyon West).

About 5 miles in on Diamond Bar Road you will come down into the bottom of the valley and you will see Canyon West Ranch on the right side.  Immediately after the ranch you will see a sign reading 14 Miles to the Grand Canyon.  Here you will turn right and drive up the valley to the south and to this subdivision.

This road is a slightly rugged 4 wheel drive type road so don't bring the sports car. You will be driving up the middle of a very large canyon with breathtaking views the entire 5 mile trip back to the property.

You will drive between the Grand Wash Cliffs on your left and Iron Mountain on your right. The canyon dead ends at the Garnet Mountains.

Just after where you pass the rock shell of an old miner’s cabin and a large spring on the right side you will be starting into the subdivision. This shows on maps as Ray's Place.  The GPS of this spot is 35.822569° -114.004161°.

From here you will continue on for another 0.46 mile where you will come to a fork in the road. Take the road to the left and after 0.73 mile the northwest corner of Lot 155M will be on your right.
