Hudspeth Co. Odds & Ends in Texas

20 Acres Near Sierra Blanca 20.00 +/- acres

This beautiful approximately 20 acre property is 7 miles from Sierra Blanca and all its amenities, just off of an excellent road, and yet it will give you privacy and tremendous mountain views.  FM Road 1111 comes north out of Sierra Blanca, then you turn onto Big Tank Road, then less than half a mile on a trail road brings you to this property.  We have not been to this property, but you will probably need to re-grade the way in from Big Tank Road.  If you're planning on building you will have equipment, otherwise you can rent a skid steer.

Movie Mountain is only 6 miles away.  Sneed Mountain is 9 miles away.  The Sierra Blanca Mountains are less than 10 miles to the west.  The Quitman Mountains are 15 miles away to the southwest.  The Sierra Diablo Mountains are 17 miles to the east.  Eagle Peak is less than 25 miles south.  A 100 foot hill (O'Keefe Hill?) is near the eastern edge of the parcel.

You can camp, RV, build a home, build a tiny home or cabin, or just hold the property for investment.  There is no zoning in Hudspeth County.  You can camp or RV indefinitely, and build if and when you decide to do so.

The legal description of this scenic property is Hudspeth County, Block 50, Section 12 E2-NE4-NW4.
