This parcel is about 19 miles south of Interstate Highway 10.  The town of Sierra Blanca is about 20 miles to the north. Van Horn is less than 32 miles to the northeast.  The majestic Eagle Peak mountain is less than 15 miles to the east.  The legal description of this property is Hudspeth County, Block 73, Section 21, NE4 NW4 NE4.  We have seen deeds for properties in Section 21 and the adjacent Section 20 that specify access easements along the boundaries of the parcels, so we think it's likely that all parcels in these two sections at least have these easements for general access.
