These two approximately 5 acre properties can be treated separately, or combined for a huge approximately 10 acre property.  They are in the northwest part of the subdivision and together they have 940.84 feet of frontage on the platted road easement along their north side, and Lot 26 also has 463 feet of frontage along the platted road easement on its east side. 

These lots have been surveyed and their corners are marked! 

If you want to grade in along the north side easement for easier access, you would come in from the east side of the subdivision.  If there is not already a gate in the fence, you can easily make your own with a couple of posts that you can swing open and then shut as you pass through.  It is important that the fence not be left open as that would endanger area cattle.

You can haul water in from Dell City, or if you want to contact a water well digger,  water should be easy to reach. You will only be a few miles outside of Dell City, a small farming community that sits on top of a large underground aquifer.
