You can leave these properties separate, or combine two or all three of them to have a spectacular homestead site for your dream home. If you do not want to build at this time, you can use your properties for occasional camping or RVing while holding them for investment.
Mobile homes are allowed. There are no property owners association or home owners association. Covenants can be enforced by one land owner taking another to court, but we have not heard of that being done since 1990. Click here to read the covenants. There is an approximately $30 per year fee to the water/sanitation authority, even though they do not have service in this area.
One side of these properties runs along Shay Street, then their elevation increases approximately 70 feet up to their northwest corner. You will have exciting options for your homesite. For water you will use catchment, hauling, or you can contact a well driller to find out if that is practical for you.
You are welcome to visit any of our properties any time that is convenient for you.
