Unit 40 Block 42 Lot 7

Lot 22 has frontage on Encinas Loop and is less than 850 yards from the intersection of the Rio Del Oro Loop and Military Highway.  It is among a cluster of large acreages that were originally designated as a regional center, medical center, and community center, but which may be developed in different ways.  Approximate GPS coordinates 34.729941 -106.563818.

Unit 53 Block 55 Lot 10

Lot 10 has frontage on Fairbanks Boulevard and is about a mile west of the Manzano Expressway, east of Highway 47 and Adelino.  Fairbanks Boulevard crosses De Haan Loop then continues to intersect with the Manzano Expressway.  About 400 feet to the north a new solar field overlay zone is going to be built.  There is another solar array about 1/2 mile to the east.  Approximate GPS coordinates 34.693437 -106.701003. 

Some of these properties were subject to annual fees from the Valley Improvement Association.  The Valley Improvement Association no longer exists, so there are no annual fees.  Taxes are under $20 per year per lot and are current.
