The majestic Eagle Peak mountain is less than 15 miles to the east. The legal description of this property is Hudspeth County, Block 73, Section 21, SW4 SW4 SW4. We have seen deeds for parcels in Section 21 and the adjacent Section 20 that specify access easements along the boundaries of the parcels, so we think it's likely that all parcels in these two sections at least have these easements for general access.
