There is a well used trail road about 160 yards away to the east, and an old trail coming from that one to this property that probably hasn't been used much in recent years.  There is another old trail that comes from the southwest, it also probably hasn't seen much use lately.

Hunting rights for four hunters will be issued when $2,000 has been paid toward the principal of the purchase price.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Drive a truck or SUV with at least 8 ply tires.  Check your spare before leaving home, charge your cell phone, and take plenty of drinking water.  Tell someone where you're going and when you expect to return.  You need to take precautions in case your vehicle breaks down far away from other people.

From Interstate 10 in Sierra Blanca at 31.174889 -105.357442 go north on FM Road 1111 for 18 miles.

At 31.418228 -105.349361, at the Gunsight Ranch sign turn left.  There is also now a big Sunset Ranches sign there.

Follow the maintained gravel road west for 6 miles to the cattle guard entrance to Gunsight Ranch at 31.432761 -105.448253.

Continue west another 1.92 miles to 31°25’58.20”N, 105°28’51.53”W.

Follow the bend to the left, headed roughly southwest.

About 1.89 miles later at 31.432833 -105.480981 you will see a working ranch in front of you on your left, with several corrals.  You will continue roughly southwest, then the road will bend a bit more toward the west, bending back toward the south later.

About 3.46 miles from the previously mentioned GPS point, at 31.394753 -105.548292 you’ll turn left toward the southeast just before the cattle gate.

0.58 mile later at 31.389147 -105.541722 turn right toward the west and 159 yards later you will be at the property.
