Platted Pine Street runs along the east side of Lot 496, but it has not been graded in. Elm Street runs parallel to it one lot to the west, and it looks like you can come up Elm Street and turn right onto Magnolia Lane, reaching the property that way as Magnolia Lane runs along its north side. We have not been to this property, we are going by what we can see on Google Earth. Lot 496 sits at the corner of these two platted streets.
You will enjoy the mountain views. You can occasionally camp or RV while holding the property for investment, and you can also use it for storage. Contact the Duchesne County planning department at 435-738-1152 with any land usage questions.
