The legal description is Navajo County, T18N, R22E, Section 3 E2-SW4-SE4.  

This drone footage was shot of two adjoining properties.  The one on the west side has just been sold.  This one is the east half of the green square that is drawn on the ground in the video.  

There are no property owners association (POA) or home owners association (HOA).  This property is not part of a subdivision so there are no subdivision restrictions or covenants.

 

 Zoning is A-General.  For specific property usage questions  the county planning and development department, 928-532-6040.  They might want the parcel number, which is 105-10-019B.

Navajo County will not issue a building permit until you actually own the property.  So if we’re financing the purchase you can use it recreationally, but the loan will have to be paid off and the property deeded to you before they will allow building.
