At the Gunsight Ranches Sign, you will turn left and follow the maintained gravel road straight west for 6 miles to the Cattle Guard Entrance Gate to the Gunsight Ranches.
Continue straight and drive West another 1.92 miles.
Take the bend to the left. You will pass several homes / ranches. After 6.32 miles you will come to an intersection, head straight through and continue for 1.2 miles.
Turn left and drive for 1.68 miles. From here you will turn right, leaving the dirt road and Head West / Northwest up and around the hill.
This property is on the other side of the hill to the West.
