You can camp or RV without restriction, or you can choose to build your dream residence or vacation cabin. Electric power is 304 yards away, you can have it run to this property or choose solar. You will probably use catchment for water, which is generally done in this area. There are no property owners association or home owners association.

The road easement to the property has not been entirely graded in. You can drive through the meadow about 118 yards from the main trail road, or grade in the easement if and when you choose to do so.
